# Service Policies

Business-supplied service terms.[^client-revisions-2026-09-18][^client-revisions-2026-09-14]

- Prices include standard delivery, pickup, and up to seven days of service.
- General-debris containers include the listed weight allowance and are $20 per additional day after day seven.
- Additional tonnage is prorated at $90 per ton for general-debris containers.
- Dedicated concrete and roof tile dumpsters are flat rate regardless of weight. Concrete and roof tile only; no regular debris.
- Mattresses are surcharged at $55 each; tires are $30 each.
- 5% off for seniors or veterans. Discounts cannot be combined.
- Big Dawg does not add a fee for paying by credit card.
- Call to confirm your address, access, materials, availability, and service price before delivery.

## Materials

Accepted examples: Household junk, Furniture, Drywall, Flooring, Cabinetry, Lumber, Siding, Shingles, Remodeling debris, Construction debris, Storm debris, Brush and yard debris.

Restricted: Toxic liquids, Batteries.

Surcharges: Mattresses ($55 each), Tires ($30 each).

Mattresses are surcharged at $55 each; tires are $30 each. Let us know when you call. Call before loading appliances or anything unusual. Concrete and roof tile must use a dedicated container and cannot be mixed with regular debris.

## Loading and placement

Customers or their contractors load the dumpster. Keep material below the fill line and evenly distributed. Leave the container where the driver placed it. Choose level private property with clear truck access and property-owner and any HOA approval. Driveway-protection boards are used on paved surfaces. No street placement.
