Big Dawg Dumpsters: construction & demolition dumpster service.

Big Dawg Dumpsters delivers 15- to 30-yard roll-offs for construction, remodeling and demolition debris across Southwest Florida, plus flat-rate dumpsters for concrete and roof tile. Based in Port Charlotte, our veteran-operated team serves Charlotte, Sarasota, Manatee and Lee counties. We deliver the can, you or your contractor loads it, and we haul it away.

Tell us what is coming out before you choose a size. Drywall, lumber, cabinets and flooring take up space differently, while heavy materials can reach a weight allowance before a container looks full. General-debris service starts at $450 with standard delivery, pickup and up to seven days included. Concrete and roof tile use dedicated containers and stay separate from regular debris.

We will talk through the material, delivery address, private-property placement and access when you call. Compare the dimensions and prices below, then arrange the can and timing that fit your project.

Match the load to the can

Sizes for the work ahead.

Compare the 15-yard for a smaller remodel, the 18- or 20-yard for a larger renovation, and the 30-yard for a larger construction or demolition cleanup. These are starting points: heavy debris can reach the included weight before the can is full.

Keep materials separate

Construction debris. Dedicated heavy-material cans.

General-debris cans handle materials such as drywall, lumber, flooring and cabinetry. Concrete and roof tile go in dedicated containers with no regular debris mixed in.

The 12-yard concrete and roof tile can is $425 with an 8-ton capacity; the 20-yard is $695 with a 16-ton capacity. Both have flat pricing within capacity.

Know what is included

Clear prices before the drop.

General-debris prices are $450 for 15 yards, $475 for 18 yards, $525 for 20 yards and $625 for 30 yards. Delivery, pickup and up to seven days are included.

The 15-yard includes 1 ton; the larger general-debris sizes include 2 tons. Additional tonnage is $90 per ton, prorated, and extra days after day seven are $20 each.

Mattresses are $55 each and tires $30 each. There is no added credit card fee. Seniors or veterans receive 5% off; discounts cannot be combined.

From booking to pickup

Call. Load. Let us haul.

Call with your address, materials, estimated amount and preferred day. We help choose the can and confirm the service price and availability. You or your contractor loads it; Big Dawg handles delivery, pickup and hauling.

Spread the load evenly, stay below the marked fill line and leave the container where the driver placed it. Call before it overfills to discuss the next step.

Plan the delivery spot

Room for the truck. Care for your property.

Placement is on private property, never in the street. We use driveway-protection boards on paved surfaces. Tell us about gates, overhead branches, pavers, soft ground and turning room so the driver can review access.

Check Charlotte County service or our Southwest Florida delivery areas. Property-owner and any association approval should be arranged before delivery.

Before you call

Construction & demolition questions.

What size dumpster should I consider for a remodel or demolition?

Compare the 15-yard for smaller remodels, the 18- and 20-yard for larger renovations, and the 30-yard for larger construction or demolition cleanups. The right choice depends on both volume and weight. Describe the rooms, materials and amount of debris to the team before booking.

Can concrete or roof tile go in a regular construction dumpster?

Concrete and roof tile need a dedicated container and cannot be mixed with regular debris. The 12-yard is $425 with an 8-ton capacity; the 20-yard is $695 with a 16-ton capacity. Both are flat rate within their capacity.

What weight is included for construction debris?

The 15-yard includes 1 ton; the 18-, 20- and 30-yard general-debris containers each include 2 tons. Additional tonnage is prorated at $90 per ton. Concrete and roof tile containers use separate flat-rate pricing within their capacity.

Will a 20-yard dumpster fit my driveway?

The general-debris 20-yard can measures 16 ft long × 8 ft wide × 5 ft high. The truck needs additional approach, turning and placement room. Call with your driveway dimensions, gates, overhead obstructions and proposed spot to confirm safe access. Placement is on private property, with driveway-protection boards on paved surfaces.

Does the service include loading construction debris?

You or your contractor loads the dumpster. Big Dawg handles delivery, pickup and hauling. Spread the load evenly, keep it below the marked fill line, and leave the container where the driver placed it.

What if my construction project takes longer than seven days?

General-debris service includes up to seven days, then $20 per additional day. Tell the team about your project schedule when booking so availability and pickup timing can be confirmed.

Which construction materials should I discuss before delivery?

Tell us about drywall, flooring, cabinetry, lumber, siding and other debris from the job. Do not load toxic liquids or batteries. Keep concrete and roof tile separate in a dedicated can, and call before loading unusual materials.
